What We Do

Medication Management

• Process and verify all medication orders from physicians.
• Attend physician rounds to assist with patient medication plans.
• Monitor anticoagulation therapy for patients on warfarin (in collaboration with physicians).
• Adjust doses for select antibiotics and pain management to ensure the most effective treatment.

Drug Information Support

• Liaise with patients, healthcare workers, and the regional health team on any drug-related topics.

Specialized Services

• Prepare sterile injectable chemotherapy and biologic drug products.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary rounds for patients in medical and dialysis units.
